• An EICR or Electrical Installation Condition Report involves an in-depth test and inspection of the wiring and accessories in your property

• EICR is a legal requirement for landlords to rent their properties and the most accurate way to know what work needs doing to make your property safe

• We do a complete and thorough job and take the time to explain our findings, repairing any immediate dangers on the way

• You will never be put under pressure to use us for any remedial works, but if you would like us to then will be happy to help

Installations and Re-wires

• All jobs considered, from changing a light fitting to full house re-wires and more

• Happy to work with unusual properties and complex requirements

• Quality products always used, with minimum 2 year parts and labour guarantee on everything including lightbulbs

• All work designed and installed to a high standard, meeting all regulatory requirements and with all the relevant certification supplied in a maximum of 3 working days

• Work can be billed hourly or fixed price quotes provided on request

Repairs and Maintenance

• We have a particular talent for fixing problems with existing installations and we do not walk away from jobs done by unqualified or negligent people

• We take pride in finding the best way to make things safe and compliant from whatever state they have been left in

• Where it is possible to preserve an old installation with careful testing and inspection and only altering what is needed, we are happy to do so if it helps avoid unnecessary waste and costly re-decorating

• We do not ignore hidden problems just to save time, and will always leave any installation safer than we found it

• If you have larger jobs to do or a renovation with multiple trades to manage, a fixed price quote can help keep the costs manageable

• We are always happy to make a site visit to assess the work and provide a price which we will stick to

• If we already know the installtion from previous work, we may be able to provide a price based on a call or some photos, if not we will be happy to pop back and take another look
